The race to launch a touch screen smartphone this summer heats up. With Palm launching its Palm Pre on June 6, the Nokia N97 on June 19, and Apple expected to introduce at a new iPhone on July 17 … T-Mobile has announced their plans to succeed its G1 Android smartphone. T-Mobile will launch Android G2 this summer to build on its popularity which saw 1 million G1 sold. Although no device is yet known which will carry the G2 name, it is believe the new HTC Magic will be the likely choice.
