On this week’s World Tech Update we take a look at news from Mobile World Congress in Barcelona including Microsoft’s preview of Windows Phone 7 Series, plans from Nokia and Intel to merge their mobile operating systems, new cell phones from Sony Ericsson and Samsung and Googles addition of Flash to its Android operating system. Taking a break from MWC well also look at an electric concept car from Rinspeed and gadgets from the American International Toy Fair in New York.
