Did you know that even after you’ve deleted your Facebook account, the social site giant would still keep some info deleted users have created, like messages posted to friends. To me that’s scary as it still leaves digital footprints of mine when I wanted it to be removed totally. Like Google privacy issues, if they want to connect all the dots, they could I reckon. This was Facebook new Terms Of Service (TOS) implemented recently, but it seems the site has decided to revert back to the old policy, and even asking Facebook users rather than lawyers to help it TOS entirely. The issue many people are concerned is who ‘owns’ the stuff users uploaded and included on Facebook. With 175 million users worldwide, this privacy data issue is a big concern as such ownership is debatable still. So if you want to be part of the masses who contributes to the new TOS, join this Facebook Bill of Rights and Responsibilities group.
