Well you can play games on your ipod using iPodLinux and Rockbox tool which is free and open source.

This hack was made possible with Apple recently updated their 5G video iPods to allow users to buy video games from the iTunes store.

Now you can potentially play games on almost any iPod for free.

Keep in mind that this is a somewhat techie process, but if you’re willing to put in the legwork, the results are pretty impressive.

To get started, you just need to download the above files, install it, install some compatible games and you’re done!
