The i7500 will run the Google Android OS and it supports HSDPA on the 900, 1700, and 2100 Mhz bands.
Some of the technical i7500 features includes 3.2-inch 320-by-480 AMOLED touch screen, 5-megapixel camera, GB of internal memory, memory card slot, Wi-Fi and a standard 3.5-mm headphone jack.
Its best feature is the new-tech AMOLED screen which offers a much more brighter and sharp images.
Samsung i7500 is the third Android phone in the Western market and the first to grab the phone are German users as Germany’s O2 will start selling the i7500 in June.
The good thing about using Android OS is that through Android Market, Google’s application store, hundreds of additional applications are available.
Pricing information has not yet been released.

For smartphone, I prefer Symbian OS and Mac OS. Maybe Android is not mature enough at this stage.
Yes true the fanbase need to outreach more. Android needs to match MAC ‘wow factor’.
I want to buy this Android phone from samsung, named galaxy, or i7500, please tell me where I can find and buy this? I have searched it in multiple stores in Singapore, for two months till now December, their staff just told me knew nothing about this model of samsung, they were selling other models of samsung, those are not Android. HTC have already released multiple Android phone models here in Singapore, but I don’t like those. So please you editor know it, or someone knows it, please tell me, to my email above. I will thank you.
Does anybody know any news about when we can be able to buy paid Android apps in Singapore? I’m evaluating Android and the iPhone, and the only thing steering me toward the Android are some of the commercial apps that are/will be available on the store. Or is there some way to buy and use the paid apps available in the US and Europe for us Singapore users?
I’m looking for an android phone too. However, the current available ones that I know do not support the latest version of android or their emission energy is too high.
Please update this blog when android phones are available in local telcos.
