The C901 GreenHeart (Right pic) and Naite (Left pic) has all the stuff that’s is environmentally friendly. The casing is made from a minimum of 50% recycled plastics. The painting is colored with waterborne paint that lowers exposure to Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC). They comes with low-power charger, where the EP300 charger reduces the overall CO2 footprint of the two phones by 15%. Also the GreenHeart which is bundled with the MH300 headset is made up of 100% recycled plastics. Not only the exterior is eco-friendly, but software-wise too. There’s the ‘WalkMate’ application where it allows user to compare the steps they took with the equivalent journey travelled by car. Another application, the ‘Ecomate’ helps users make greener choices in their everyday life as well as a Carbon Footprint Calculator to show you how much CO2 you are saving when you walk instead of taking the car. So there you go, all the right-stuff to go green in terms of your mobile device. If you’re wondering the usual hardware specs, the phone comes with 2.2-inch color display, a 5 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, FM tuner and a Memory Stick Micro (M2) card slot. It supports quad-band GSM and dual-band WCDMA/HSPA 900/1200 for the GreenHeart. While the Naite gets a 2.2-inch screen, a 2 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth and a microSD card slot.
